Job Title: Tools Support Engineer
Job Location: Dallas TX or Tampa FL
Expected Contract Length/Duration: 6 months (Contract to Hire)
Overview:
Are you a skilled Tools Support Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity in the financial services industry Join our clients dynamic team and support engineering project teams on ALM toolsrelated topics. This role involves tool rollout configuration and training ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ALM tools support including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Create new users and projects monitor usage and generate reports.
- Customize Quality Center and support engineering domains on ALM tool topics.
- Deploy current and new tool suites to engineering projects.
- Develop scripts and automate repetitive tasks.
- Extract charts and dashboards and support configuration management.
- Pilot new tools perform tests and monitor multiple projects across time zones.
- Administer application maintenance project migration and new patch implementation.
- Customize and configure projects as per requirements including workflows and alerts.
- Develop SQL queries and macros and communicate tool usage and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in ALM (nice to have but not required).
- 2 years in End User Software Support with a focus on troubleshooting and user communication.
- Proficiency in Microfocus QC/ALM/Octane project creation and maintenance.
- Experience with integration of Microfocus and 3rd Party tools.
- Strong organizational interpersonal time management analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

This is not a direct hire role it is an hourly consulting position with DTCC Contingent Labor.Reflik shall be the employer of record for the candidate selected for this role (i.e. Reflik will hire the contingent worker as a W2 employee and pay the salary benefits workers compensation etc.)Corptocorp or subcontracting for this role is not permissible.You will be eligible to receive referral reward up to the end of 6 months from candidates start date or until the end of the assignment whichever is earlier.If the client decides to hire candidate fulltime during the contract tenure you will receive 50% of any applicable conversion fee paid to Reflik.You will receive the referral reward indicated based on the candidates hourly pay rate based on actual hours worked.Reflik will pay you the referral reward after the client has paid Reflik for the hours worked by the candidate.
Pay rate
Reflik will pay this amount to consultant for each work hour documented in clients timesheet.

This is the duration of the contract i.e. how long will the consultant work on client project.
