We are excited to announce an opportunity for a VIP Representative with French to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional support and building strong relationships with our VIP clients. This is a fantastic chance to work in a fastpaced environment and gain valuable experiences while enhancing our clients journey.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries requests and complaints via chat and email including afterhours support ensuring VIP clients receive a high level of personalized service.
  • Monitor and assess VIP player performance daily ensuring that bonuses gifts and rewards align with company objectives.
  • Meet servicelevel agreements (SLAs) for customer satisfaction quality and response times.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance VIP services and optimize business goals.
  • Continuously expand product knowledge to effectively communicate industry updates to VIP clients.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve team communication and service quality.
  • Work closely with VIP Account Managers to resolve queries escalations and special cases.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent French speaker (C1 level) with strong verbal and written communication skills plus English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel.
  • Friendly approachable and comfortable interacting with diverse individuals.
  • Strong organizational relationshipbuilding planning and prioritization abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess and manage promotional risks.
  • Selfdriven proactive and skilled in problemsolving.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding service to highvalue customers.
