Key Responsibilities
Design and Architecture: Develop and provide detailed architectural designs and implementation plans for Open Text solutions. Ensure that these designs meet the technical and business requirements of the organization.
Implementation: Lead the deployment and configuration of Open Text products ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
Customization: Customize Open Text solutions to address specific organizational needs including the development of workflows forms and reports.
Optimization: Continuously monitor and enhance the performance and scalability of Open Text solutions to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including IT business stakeholders and external vendors to deliver effective and efficient Open Text solutions.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs configurations and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and support.
Training: Provide training and support to endusers and technical teams to ensure effective utilization of Open Text solutions.
Compliance: Ensure that Open Text solutions adhere to industry standards regulatory requirements and security policies.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Open Text products and solutions including ECM Content Suite and Extended ECM. Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Open Text architectures.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Open Text technologies including Content Server Archive Server Brava and others. Strong knowledge of integration with other enterprise systems such as SAP Salesforce and SharePoint.
Analytical Skills: Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective Open Text solutions.
Objectives of this role
Strategize implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
Oversee multiple project teams ensuring program goals are reached
Navigate thru Multiple teams and keep the program moving forward.
Identify risks dependencies on a program level and report it
