Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Identify and target potential clients in key industries for AI ERP and software services.
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling networking email campaigns and social selling.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with decisionmakers including Clevel executives IT managers and procurement teams.
    • Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions to address their business challenges.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our services.
  3. Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Collaborate with the technical team to create customized proposals and RFP responses.
    • Negotiate contracts pricing and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability.
  4. Market Expansion:
    • Identify and explore new markets industries and geographies for business expansion.
    • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences to promote our services.
  5. Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with campaigns.
    • Provide regular updates on sales activities pipeline status and revenue forecasts to senior management.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
  1. Education:
    • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  2. Experience:
    • 5 years of experience in business development or sales preferably in IT services AI ERP or software solutions.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Experience in selling to enterprises and midmarket clients.
  3. Skills:
    • Strong understanding of AI ERP and software services.
    • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships.
    • Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Personal Attributes:
    • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
    • High level of professionalism and integrity.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Monthly/quarterly revenue targets achieved.
  • Number of qualified leads generated and converted.
  • Growth in the sales pipeline and client base.
  • Client satisfaction and retention rates.
