As a specialist in food packaging we manufacture and distribute packaging solutions for the agrifood and food services industries. Our business involves taking responsibility for our practices and rethinking our materials.

Nutripack Benelux produces packaging for over 500 clients including those in the food industry wholesale trade institutional markets and the hospitality sector. Using the most modern injection molding machines and highly committed employees we produce millions of trays containers lids and other items every year in Oss. We are a familyowned company with over 30 years of experience offering an informal and friendly working environment. Working together working hard together but also sharing moments of fun especially during the annual barbecue and Christmas party.

What will you do as an HR Manager

As an HR Manager you are responsible for implementing the HR policy of Nutripack Benelux. This policy covers many aspects: recruitment onboarding training and skills development evaluations personnel administration payroll management absence and leave tracking and employee offboarding. You will also participate in HR projects for the entire Impact Group.

Your improvement ideas are of course always welcome!

Your responsibilities are based on four key pillars:

1. Recruitment & Employer Branding

  • Manage the entire recruitment process: defining needs with managers drafting and posting job advertisements sourcing conducting interviews and following up on applications.
  • Drive recruitment strategies by identifying relevant channels (job boards social media partnerships with schools).
  • Strengthen employer branding through innovative actions (events communication campaigns digital presence).

2. HR Development

  • Implement training plans aligned with the companys needs and employees career aspirations.
  • Contribute to talent development and career management (annual reviews skills tracking succession planning).
  • Develop onboarding programs to facilitate the integration of new employees.

3. HR Projects

  • Participate in strategic projects such as organizational transformation HR tool digitalization or CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives.
  • Analyze and optimize HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.

4. Personnel Administration & Payroll

  • Supervise all processes related to personnel administration (contracts amendments absence and leave management).
  • Ensure legal and social compliance of personnel files.
  • Prepare and verify payroll variables in collaboration with an external provider or internal payroll service.

Who are you

  • You have several years of experience as an HR staff member advisor or manager.
  • You have a working and thinking level equivalent to an HBO degree (Bachelors level 34 years).
  • You are proficient in all aspects of HR.
  • You are a generalist/practitioner with varied interests.
  • You are proactive solutionoriented and capable of prioritizing tasks.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and can work well in a team.
  • You are discreet detailoriented and have strong administrative rigor.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and have good command of English.
  • You can work autonomously while maintaining effective collaboration within a team.
  • You adhere to company regulations hygiene rules and BRC standards.
