This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. (30minute unpaid lunch break and two 15minute paid breaks) San Diego CA Pacific Time 12:00 a.m. 9:00 a.m. Manila Time
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m. (60minute unpaid lunch break and one 15minute paid break) San Diego CA Pacific Time 12:00 a.m. 6:00 a.m. Manila Time
Paid Hours per Week: 40 Hours
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Set clear expectations during the initial stages of the client s program (e.g. Welcome and Intro calls).
- Offer timely and informative updates to clients throughout their program.
- Assess client needs and provide accurate empathetic and helpful assistance.
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls emails texts and voicemails efficiently.
- Ensure timely followups with clients for scheduled appointments.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet goals and targets.
- Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed personal and team performance targets.
