Job Description
Role Overview:
The role involves providing strategic guidance on BPO industry trends regulations and best practices particularly in contact center operations. The role involves leading the development and implementation of innovative solutions building strong client relationships identifying new business opportunities managing complex projects staying updated with emerging technologies and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to achieve business objectives. The role also involves leading and mentoring a team of talented professionals fostering a collaborative and highperforming work environment. The individual also maintains strong client relationships drives growth and ensures successful project completion within budget and timeline.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar role in the BPO industry with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of contact center products services and operations.
- Proven track record of delivering successful solutions and projects in the BPO domain.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Has the ability to create their own presentation with the data they have acquired and prepared.
- Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Work Conditions:
- 75% remote 25% onsite on varying locations within and outside the Philippines
- On a midshift to nighshift schedule no fixed schedule as it would depend on the business need
