Job Description
At Serbyte IT we are looking for a User Experience Expert (UXE) to join our team in Brussels. In this role you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of user interfaces ensuring a highquality digital experience through advanced requirements analysis and the creation of innovative visual solutions.
Tasks
- Advanced analysis of user interface requirements.
- Review of usability requirements.
- Design of specifications and implementation of user interfaces.
- Creation of visual prototypes.
- Evaluation and optimization of user interfaces.
- Design of navigation maps.
- Application of EEAS (European External Action Service) standards.
- Facilitate the integration of design into development.
- Collaborate on the creation and maintenance of user interface standards.
- Supervise and mentor interface designers and UX consultants.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 11 to 15 years in roles such as UX Consultant UX Researcher Digital Communicator or equivalent.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Advanced knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience with UI design tools like Sketch Adobe Suite XD or equivalents.
- Knowledge of web technologies and standards (HTML XML CSS SEO web analytics).
- Experience in prototyping wireframing interaction flows information architecture and user testing.
- Advanced knowledge of user interface ergonomics.
- Proficiency in design and graphic editing tools.
- Ability to write and present usability studies.
- Extensive experience with usability standards.
