The ServiceNow Global Industries & Strategic Growth organization is focused on helping our most strategic and industryleading global customers grow and succeed with ServiceNow. The growth of these customers is critical for ServiceNows path to $20B & we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the Hyperscalers sales GTM motion. As a Project Manager for Hyperscalers you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project management standards for strategic initiatives ensuring projects are completed on time & within scope and reporting on status & results to senior leadership.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills capable of managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management a deep understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to drive continuous improvement within the Hyperscalers team. You will work closely with senior leadership to align on project goals with the organizations strategic objectives provide guidance and support to project managers and cross functional teams while ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
This position demands a strategic thinker who take a proactive approach to problemsolving a keen eye for detail and the ability to foster a collaborative and productive work environment while tackling ambiguity.

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $102900 $169800 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
