Job Title: Windows Administrator
Location: Bangalore India

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Windows Administrator to join our dynamic team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for the design implementation and ongoing
management of our Windows server infrastructure ensuring optimal performance
security and compliance. A strong understanding of Active Directory identity and access
management and cloud technologies is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Active Directory Management:
o Design implement and manage Active Directory domains forests and trust
relationships.
o Administer user provisioning deprovisioning and access control processes.
o Implement and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and security settings.
Identity and Access Management:
o Integrate external identity providers (IdPs) for seamless authentication.
o Implement Single SignOn (SSO) solutions to streamline user access across
applications.
o Manage multifactor authentication (MFA) solutions to enhance security.
o Define and enforce granular access controls based on roles and
responsibilities.
o Safeguard sensitive data by implementing least privilege principles.
Windows Server Management:
o Manage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure ().
o Troubleshoot network issues and backbone infrastructure challenges.
o Patch and update servers to maintain security and performance.
o Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell Python).
Cloud Integration:
o Integrate Windows servers with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) to
leverage cloudbased services.
o Optimize cloud resource utilization and costs.
Reporting and Monitoring:
o Generate insightful reports on user activity signin patterns and security
events.
o Proactively identify risks and compliance gaps.
o Monitor system performance and capacity to ensure optimal operation.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science Information
Technology or a related field.
Experience: 2 years of handson experience in Windows administration with a
strong focus on Active Directory and identity management.
Certifications (Preferred): RBAC ITIL CIAM SC300 Azure Administration.
Technical Skills:
o Proficient in Active Directory Azure AD AD Federation Services and Azure
AD Connect.
o Knowledge of SAML LDAP OAuth OpenID Connect. o Experience with
AWS services (e.g. EC2 S3 IAM) is a significant advantage. o Advanced
knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems (Windows 7 to Windows
11).

Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. HyperV VMware).
