Job Description
As a Facility Engineer at MapleCraft Engineers you will be responsible for the design maintenance and optimization of facility infrastructure and building systems. This role involves conducting facility assessments managing small or largescale engineering projects troubleshooting building systems and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure a safe efficient and highperforming work environment. The ideal candidate has a proactive mindset strong technical expertise and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and oversee smallscale facility design projects system optimizations and facility upgrades.
Develop facility analysis assessments and review reports to identify potential improvement areas.
Create detailed facility construction statement of work (SOW) packages for building equipment replacements infrastructure enhancements and site improvements.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation engineering specifications and CAD drawings using approved standards.
Conduct site visits to assess engineering problems propose solutions and recommend effective strategies for project execution.
Utilize AutoCAD and engineering scheduling software to develop detailed project plans and cost estimates.
Track and update project progress using spreadsheets and reporting tools to ensure smooth execution.
Assist engineering teams in the execution of facility engineering projects ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
Organize and maintain project documentation databases and engineering records for easy tracking and retrieval.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders contractors and clients to ensure alignment of project goals and technical specifications.
Verify adherence to engineering documentation standards and test procedures ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate and facilitate onsite access for contractors and vendors bidding on facilityrelated projects.
Lead and participate in engineering project meetings design reviews and technical discussions to streamline execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Civil Mechanical or a related discipline).
03 years of experience in facility engineering construction management or a related field.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD project scheduling tools and cost estimation software.
Familiarity with facility infrastructure systems HVAC electrical and mechanical systems.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings blueprints and specifications.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
Effective communication and project coordination skills to work seamlessly with contractors vendors and stakeholders.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
