Job Description
We are looking for a colleague to our Data Modeling & Data Quality Products team who will be working with TopBraid EDG Platform
Tasks:
- Technical/Functional support for semantic modeling tool including troubleshooting bugs analysis development contribution (extensions automations additional features);
- Participation in developing conceptual data models;
- Support for optimizing the tool and data it contains;
- Performing analyses on software application functionality improve data procedures guidelines and standards;
- Validate business data objects for accuracy and completeness;
- Collaboration with application stakeholders in an international environment;
- Execution of application tests and support in issues solving.
Qualifications :
Profile:
- 3 years of experience in similar position; maintaining & developing IT applications;
- Experience in query language is a must: SPARQL or SQL and willingness to learn;
- Understanding of data modeling ontologies taxonomies and glossaries is a plus;
- Principles of ontology modeling with RDFS/OWL and SHACL;
- Technologies: W3C RDF Data Model: URIs Triples Graphs;
- Programming skills in Java or JavaScript would be an advantage;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Structured analytic selfdependent customer & target oriented;
- Openminded helpful and willing to learn;
- Degree in IT Science Big Data Mathematics or alike;
- Fluent English verbal and written communication German would be a plus.
