In this role the main activities will be the follwing :
1. System Integration and Ownership:
- Take full ownership of assigned systems within projects ensuring their design functionality and performance meet specified requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for systemrelated decisions acting as a liaison between technical teams and project stakeholders.
2. Project Management:
- Manage project timelines milestones and deliverables associated with the system.
- Monitor progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Drive adherence to project processes standards and guidelines.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including R&D engineering quality assurance and manufacturing to align system specifications with overall project goals.
- Facilitate communication and decisionmaking between internal teams and external partners or suppliers.
4. Technical Leadership:
- Lead the technical development of systems ensuring they are designed and integrated in compliance with organizational and industry standards.
- Provide technical expertise to resolve complex challenges and optimize system performance.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all aspects of system development and integration.
- Regularly report project status system performance and potential risks to senior leadership.
Qualifications :
To qualify for this role you should have the following set of skills :
1. Technical Knowledge:
- Strong expertise in system design ( 3 years of experiance ) development and integration within the relevant domain.
- Familiarity with applicable technical standards and industry best practices.
2. Project Management Skills:
- Proficient in managing largescale crossfunctional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Expertise in risk management timeline adherence and resource allocation.
3. Communication and Leadership:
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate between technical and nontechnical teams.
- Ability to lead teams drive collaboration and influence decisions across the organization.
4. Analytical Skills:
- Strong problemsolving abilities to address technical and logistical challenges.
- Capability to analyze data and derive insights to optimize system performance.
5. Availability to relocate in Italy at the client offices/plant.
