Job Description
Participar en EE del proceso de reclutamiento y seleccin de personal (elaboracin de entrevistas y evaluacin de candidatos).
Colaborar en la gestin de programas de atraccin de talento como ferias de empleo y eventos de reclutamiento.
Elaborar informes y mtricas de reclutamiento.
Elaboracin de cartera de candidatos.
Dar soporte a empleados en tema de recursos humanos (nmina administracin de personal y beneficios).
Apoyar en las tareas administrativas con respecto a los nuevos empleados.
Capacitacin de personal.
Soporte de proceso de contratacin.
Qualifications :
Educacin: Se requiere licenciatura concluida en rea afn (Psicologa administracin Recursos Humanos).
Experiencia en atraccin de talento masivo a nivel operativo y mando medio min. 1 ao 1/2
Experiencia en posteo cobertura y proceso de atraccin.
Elaboracin de materiales autovisuales y capacitacin.
Habilidades: Dominio del idioma ingls a nivel intermedio.
Excelente comunicacin efectiva.
Additional Information :
- Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 9:00am a 6:00pm
- Modalidad de trabajo hbrido.
