As a Functional Plexus Manager you will:
- Manage daily activities and act as the first point of contact for business colleagues in the scrum team.
- Coordinate incident management by directing suppliers and communicating with users to resolve issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of management processes.
- Ensure documentation is up to date regarding functionality and management processes.
- Conduct test activities related to incident solutions to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Work closely with the agile team to ensure smooth operations and efficient task execution.
- Support in maintaining a proactive approach to incident resolution and process optimization.
What You Bring to the Table:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Functional Manager.
- Proven experience working within an agile organization.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with effectively both technical and business stakeholders.
- Highly organized structured and detailoriented in managing processes and tasks.
- Knowledge of pension systems or pensionrelated processes.
- Familiarity with Plexus (preferred but not mandatory).
- A proactive approach to problemsolving and continuous improvement.
- Experience with documentation and ensuring the proper management of system and process information.
