Job Description

As a Functional Plexus Manager you will:
  • Manage daily activities and act as the first point of contact for business colleagues in the scrum team.
  • Coordinate incident management by directing suppliers and communicating with users to resolve issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of management processes.
  • Ensure documentation is up to date regarding functionality and management processes.
  • Conduct test activities related to incident solutions to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the agile team to ensure smooth operations and efficient task execution.
  • Support in maintaining a proactive approach to incident resolution and process optimization.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Functional Manager.
  • Proven experience working within an agile organization.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with effectively both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Highly organized structured and detailoriented in managing processes and tasks.
  • Knowledge of pension systems or pensionrelated processes.
  • Familiarity with Plexus (preferred but not mandatory).
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with documentation and ensuring the proper management of system and process information.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Effectively coordinate daily operations and be the goto point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Manage and direct incidents and suppliers to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Support agile processes and contribute to the development of a highperforming team.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external parties.
  • Organize maintain and review operational documentation for functionality and processes.
  • Take ownership of incident solutions and actively participate in the testing process.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and decisionmaking skills when managing team and project activities.
