Job Title: Facilities Manager
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Salary: $1500 $2000 USD/month

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and repairs across multiple locations. This role requires strong problemsolving skills excellent customer service and the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in veterinary or healthcare facilities and a solid understanding of facility management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Maintenance & Repairs: Utilize Cushman & Wakefield's ticketing system to manage repair requests source local vendors and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Vendor Management: Develop and maintain a preferred vendor list negotiate service contracts and follow up on completed work to ensure quality and reliability.
- Customer Service: Act as the main point of contact for facilityrelated issues ensuring excellent communication and problem resolution.
- Operational Efficiency: Create organized systems for tracking maintenance needs costs and vendor performance.
- Emergency Response: Identify key contacts for urgent repairs and ensure that the right vendors are called when issues arise.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience managing facilities in veterinary healthcare or similar environments (experience with Xray machines surgical lights and medical equipment is a plus).
- Pet Owner Preferred: Understanding of pet care and veterinary environments is a strong advantage.
- Strong Communication Skills: Must be fluent in English (both spoken and written) and comfortable handling frequent phone conversations.
- ProblemSolver: Ability to work independently make decisions and take initiative without constant supervision.
- Highly Organized: Strong attention to detail ability to track multiple ongoing maintenance projects and excellent followup skills.
