Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly skilled ERP (Odoo) Implementation Lead for one of our clients a large European organization.
Experience Required: 710 years
Tasks
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the identification and deployment of an Odoobased global ERP solution to manage the business needs of a large European organization covering all administrative areas (HR finance contracts logistics real estate service vehicle fleet etc.).
- Oversee the preparation and development of the architectural vision.
- Improve and enhance IT architecture.
- Analyze organizational structures business processes corporate data flows and the IT system portfolio.
- Conduct costbenefit analyses for information systems.
- Lead the Odoo ERP implementation team providing guidance and expertise to all members.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Odoo ERP implementation for largescale organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent report writing and documentation abilities.
- Ability to quickly understand and solve problems identifying key issues and solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in a multilingual international environment.
- Creativity and flexibility.Strong teamwork skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in business process analysis UML and BPMN.

- Software Development Lifecycle: Atlassian tools GitHub ServiceNow
Methodologies:
- Project Management: PM and PM Agile
- Agile Development: Kanban & Scrum
Mandatory Requirements:
Candidates must provide the following documents:
