Job Description
Job Summary
Are you a creative and detailoriented Web Designer with a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences We are looking for a skilled professional with at least four (4) years of experience and advanced proficiency in Figma to join our team. In this role you will transform ideas into engaging digital designs ensuring our web presence stands out and delivers value to our users.
Job Responsibilities
1. Creative Web Design
- Design visually compelling and intuitive web pages and interfaces using Figma.
- Ensure designs are responsive functional and aligned with current trends and technologies.
2. UserCentric Design
- Conduct user research to identify target audience needs and behaviors.
- Develop wireframes prototypes and mockups that prioritize usability and accessibility.
3. Brand Integrity
- Uphold and enhance brand guidelines through consistent highquality designs.
- Create and maintain design systems reusable components and style guides.
4. Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with developers to translate designs into interactive digital experiences.
- Partner with marketing content and product teams to align design with strategic objectives.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to integrate modern techniques.
- Gather and analyze feedback to refine and optimize designs.
Requirements
- A Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Web Design Computer Science or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 3 4 years of experience in Web and UI/UX design.
- Expertise in Figma with a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.
- Knowledge of HTML CSS and responsive design principles is an advantage.
- A keen eye for detail strong problemsolving abilities and a passion for innovation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Remuneration NGN 400000 Monthly Net
Benefits Training Time/taskbased commission potential salary increase with respect to job done and timelines.
