Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Oracle FCCS/ARCS Consultant to lead the planning design development and delivery of Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS) applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background deep functional expertise in EPM processes and handson experience with Oracle Cloud applications. This role requires the ability to work independently or lead a team to implement solutions manage reporting and ensure highquality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the delivery of Oracle FCCS and ARCS applications including risk assessment requirement gathering design and development.
  
• Ensure the technical quality of deliverables and adherence to best practices.
  
• Work independently while taking technical and functional direction from leads.
  
• Provide functional expertise in EPM processes particularly Consolidation & Reporting and Account Reconciliations and translate business needs into system solutions.
  
• Lead a team of developers when required to implement solutions and manage daytoday project delivery.
  
• Engage in all project phases from requirement gathering to Hypercare support.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 3 6 years of experience implementing Oracle FCCS and/or ARCS.
  
• Handson expertise with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Suite 11.x and/or Oracle FCCS.
  
• Strong experience in metadata building webform design data reconciliation dashboard creation and developing complex business rules for custom consolidations.
  
• Expertise in Business Rules Development including custom consolidations intercompany eliminations cash flow automation currency translations and overrides.
  
• Deep understanding of intercompany eliminations currency translations and financial statement presentations.
  
• Proficiency in Excel VB and Jython scripting.
  
• Experience in upgrading & migrating OnPremises solutions to Cloud.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in design implementation prototyping enhancements and performance tuning of ARCS and FCCS applications.
  
• Industry experience in Media & Entertainment Consumer & Industrial Products or Banking.
  
• Handson experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documentation and training materials preparation.
  
• Understanding of software development best practices.
  
• Knowledge of RDBMS such as Oracle SQL Server is a plus.
  
• Exposure to Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies.
