Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Oracle FCCS Consultant to join our finance transformation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation configuration and support of Oracles Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) solutions. You will work closely with business users finance leaders and IT stakeholders to streamline and optimize the financial close and reporting process.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle FCCS modules.
- Gather business requirements design FCCS solutions and create functional specifications.
- Perform data mapping metadata management and consolidation logic setup.
- Configure financial reports dashboards and close templates.
- Assist in integrating FCCS with source systems like ERP (Oracle Cloud SAP etc.).
- Conduct system testing user training and support post-go-live activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution effectiveness and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data loads consolidations and reporting.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems or related field.
- 3 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle FCCS implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation intercompany eliminations and financial reporting.
- Proficient in EPM tools like Smart View Data Management (FDMEE) and Financial Reporting Studio.
- Experience with metadata journals currency translations and close calendars in FCCS.
- Knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud platform and related modules (EPBCS ARCS etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Oracle Cloud EPM certification(s).
- Experience in large-scale global implementations.
- Familiarity with other Oracle Cloud modules (ERP GL ARCS).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
