The Head of Sales/Sales Manager leads the sales team to achieve revenue goals sets targets motivates staff and develops sales strategies. He/She also focuses on identifying new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships to meet the companys sales and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (advanced degrees or certifications a plus).
- Up to 5 years in a senior sales role with proven success in managing and growing sales teams.
- Experience in the secondhand car business.
- Strong leadership interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Knowledge of sales strategies market dynamics and processes.
- Skilled in sales planning market research and competitive analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Selfmotivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
