Job Description

Title: Head of Sales/ Sales Manager

Industry: Automotive

The Head of Sales/Sales Manager leads the sales team to achieve revenue goals sets targets motivates staff and develops sales strategies. He/She also focuses on identifying new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships to meet the companys sales and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify and build relationships with new clients and key decisionmakers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and address their needs.
  • Oversee sales proposals tenders and accurate forecasting.
  • Manage sales budget analyze financial performance and optimize costs.
  • Review sales performance and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Train and develop the sales team fostering high performance.
  • Provide regular sales reports to top management.
  • Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (advanced degrees or certifications a plus).
  • Up to 5 years in a senior sales role with proven success in managing and growing sales teams.
  • Experience in the secondhand car business.
  • Strong leadership interpersonal and motivational skills.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies market dynamics and processes.
  • Skilled in sales planning market research and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Selfmotivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
