Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Reporting Analyst to join our Services team. The ideal candidate possesses strong consulting skills to understand operational processes metrics and organizational dynamics. The candidate has expertise with analytical and BI tools service management applications and data models. The candidate is proficient in exercise reporting strategies and development skills that provide the ability to embed intelligent automation in platformbased data and analytics solutions. This role plays a significant part in unlocking the value of business intelligence by developing tracking monitoring and reporting KPIs against business targets and providing data analytics and insights across the Services organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enable selfservice analytics capabilities for users and focus on extracting insights from structure techniques such as machine learning and AI with ServiceNow and/or PowerBI.
- Combine advanced analytics and logicbased techniques to automate reporting and dashboard processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using ServiceNow Performance Analytics Predictive Intelligence Platform Analytics NextUI Reporting and Workspace Dashboards.
- Utilize PowerBI Onelake catalog Dataflow Staging Lakehouse Dataflow Staging Warehouse Semantic data models Power Automate and SQL analytics endpoints to create visually compelling data visualizations of monthly Service Level Management Aged Ticket Unauthorized changes and Ticket Volumes of each Managed Services team.
- Understand and leverage the functionalities of Salesforce and Qualtrics tools to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities to track and trend Customer satisfaction results.
- Integrate data from various systems such as LogicMonitor Salesforce ServiceNow and Qualtrics into PowerBI for comprehensive analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with various departments including Sales Operations Solutions Development Service Delivery Operations Customer Experience and Customer Success to gather target metric requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Analyze and process data to deliver information required to make informed business decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy and quality by performing thorough data validation and quality assurance checks.
- Provide training and support to endusers on the use of dashboards and reports within ServiceNow and PowerBI.
- Stay uptodate with industry best practices and emerging trends in reporting and data analytics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 46 years of experience in reporting analytics data science or a data analytics consulting role.
- Proficiency with Power Automate SharePoint PowerBI and ServiceNow Performance Analytics required.
- Proficiency in building data models and data visualizations using PowerBI and SQL required.
- Familiarity with PowerBI Onelake Lakehouse Warehouse Semantic Data Models and SQL Analytics Endpoints required.
- Experience working with LogicMonitor Qualtrics and Salesforce data is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills within PowerPoint with the ability to convey complex ideas to nontechnical stakeholders.
Preferred Experience & Certifications: Relevant industry certifications in reporting and data handling specifically to ServiceNow and PowerBI are preferred.
- ServiceNow: Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- PowerBI: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
