Business Development Specialist

About the Job

• Research prospective clients and ability to identify qualifying leads.
• Pursue leads identified and market our language services to potential clients.
• Close business opportunities with new companies in target market through direct sales activities.
• Provide customer support and maintain sound business relations with current accounts.
• Managing relationships with existing clients to help generate new business opportunities.
• Achieving sales targets according to company’s annual sales plan and providing timely reporting of sales activity in CRM.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, English or Communications.
• 1-3 years of experience (Sales or business development is a plus).
• Excellent Command of the English language.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Creativity skills
• Good Analysis and follow up skills and Multi-task
• Good Problem solving and very good communication skills
• Work effectively within the team
• Positive Behavior
• Excellent Negotiation skills.
• Excellent English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
