Operations Director

About the Job

• Responsible for preparing and reviewing annual, monthly and weekly production plans for both Factory ( Badr Factory and 10th of Ramadan Factory ).
• Planning and preparing production schedules and monitoring progress against actual schedules.
• Preparing progress reports to clients.
• Coordinating delivery schedules with clients, discussing and solving technical issues arising during pipe laying, testing and operation.
• Assists upper management in setting goals that promote company growth
• Oversees daily activity of the team prepares budgets, schedules, and other organizational reports as needed provides advice and guidance to other employees
• Manage team workloads in order to meet goals and deadlines
• Develops plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Improves existing systems and policies
• Ensures customer requirements are met in a timely manner
• Promotes and enforces safety in the workplace
• Manages stock and inventory
• Oversees manufacturing functions
• Works closely with other departments to promote efficient factory optimization
• Identifies improvement areas and plans and implements systems to boost company effectiveness
• Manages internal and external service suppliers
• Executes plans designed to meet company goals by changing policies and coaching employees

Job Requirements

• B.S. degree in the Mechanical engineering.
• 12 to 20 years’ Experience in all points in the job description
• Male Only
• Very Good English Written and spoken.
• Very Good in computer skills - Microsoft project.
