Primary Responsibilities
Develop content for the various sectors in coordination with the sector heads
Manage the content on the various Social Media channels y, to ensure that the information is up to date, and accurate.
Proofread and SEO (search engine optimize) each article to include specific keywords
follows publishing workflow – ensures approvals are received prior to going live or printing
Aligns with all projects, to develop necessary content on time which includes ( Brochures, website , social media , catalogues, press release)
Develops content for proposals, and presentations with the assistance of sector heads.
Keeps up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, internal publications, social media trends, and business/industry trends
Job Requirements
3-5 years of experience
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills in Arabic and English, French is a plus.
Ability to engage the audience with excellent communication skills while precisely communicating a message using Arabic (Egyptian) or English
Expert in social media strategies and content creation
Basic knowledge of HTML and XML
Basic knowledge of SEO
Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite, the MS Office Suite and desktop publishing programs like Publisher
Strong experience with online writing techniques as well as traditional promotional content
Multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent planning and prioritization skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the field of copy-writing, content development, journalism or similar.
