Job Description:

• Conduct detailed analyses of functional and technical requirements.
• Understand business processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Design customized solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform products.
• Provide effort estimates for development tasks.
• Implement Power BI Power Apps and Power Automate solutions according to established specifications.
• Customize and extend the functionalities of existing applications and reports.
• Provide support for technical architecture decisions and code refactoring.
• Manage the integration of Power Platform solutions with other existing systems and applications.
• Ensure the efficient deployment of solutions guaranteeing quality and performance.
• Provide continuous technical support and resolve issues related to the implemented solutions.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle including ticket resolution and production problem analysis.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure implemented features meet expected standards (maintainability efficiency performance).
• Participate in daily meetings within a geographically distributed team.

Required Skills:

• Significant experience in developing and implementing Power Platform solutions.
• Proficiency in tools such as Power BI Power Apps Power Automate.
• Indepth knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Azure.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Microsoft Power Platform certification is a plus.
