Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Production and Supply Chain Management:
  • Oversee all aspects of production planning including forecasting inventory management and ensuring smooth production flow.
  • Manage relationships with our suppliersto ensure adherence to the Company s quality standards and specifications.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimise production efficiency and costeffectiveness.
  • Manage logistics and ensure timely delivery of finished goods to our warehouses distributors and retailers.
Quality Assurance and Control:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program to ensure all the Company s products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of suppliers facilities and production processes.
  • Work closely with the R&D team to ensure new product designs are translated into highquality manufacturable products.
Inventory Management:
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to minimise waste and optimise stock levels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to secure materials and components at competitive prices.
  • Analyse sales trends and market data to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
Operational Efficiency and Cost Control:
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and reducing operational costs.
  • Implement new technologies and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain operational budgets and monitor performance against goals.
Team Leadership and Culture:
  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the operations team fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Champion the Companys core values of innovation sustainability and inclusivity within the operations department.
  • Mentor and coach team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Performance and Process Improvement:
  • Continuously monitor and analyse production performance metrics identifying areas for improvement.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency productivity and costeffectiveness.
  • Utilise data analysis to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding operations.
  • Stay uptodate on industry best practices and implement innovative solutions within the Companys operations.
