Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist

Your tasks include:

• Providing expert support for the ERP system landscape focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its associated products (e.g. document management payment transactions).
  
• Planning and executing system migration initiatives in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  
• Delivering 1st and 2nd level support to end users which includes crafting training materials and leading training sessions.
  
• Continuously enhancing user support by proactively analyzing and optimizing support processes.
  
• Documenting and tracking user issues while developing best practices to prevent errors.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of pertinent professional experience in developing configuring and supporting ERP systems with a preference for Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  
• Proficient in relevant programming languages/technologies such as C/AL AL and Microsoft SQL Server.
  
• Prior experience in conducting system migrations and providing end user support.
  
• Strong grasp of Microsoft 365/Office products and proficiency in PowerShell.
  
• Ability to articulate complex issues clearly and provide users with effective solutions.
  
• Possesses analytical thinking and problemsolving skills essential for addressing technical challenges.
  
• Fluency in German both written and spoken at least a B2C1 level.
