Job Description

Position Title: Admin Assistant with Social Media Skills
Work Setup: Work Onsite
Salary: Php 25000.00 Php 30000.00 (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN ADMIN ASSISTANT with SOCIAL MEDIA SKILLS

Responsibilities as an Admin Assistant:

Provide office support for customers and employees.
Update and manage computer databases.
Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate departments.
Follow up on business communications billing and ordering.
Prepare invoices and track company expenses using spreadsheets.
Build and maintain relationships with clients.
Prepare documents through printing copying and binding.
Assist with minor technical support.
Act as a personal assistant to the executive team.
Schedule appointments and events.
Participate in office meetings and take meeting minutes.
Provide feedback on office efficiency and suggest improvements.
Manage social media accounts and post regularly.
Develop social media strategies for brand awareness and impressions.
Understand SEO and web traffic metrics.
Conduct audience and buyer persona research.
Analyze social media KPIs.
Video editing skills are highly regarded.

Qualifications as an Admin Assistant:

Minimum of a bachelor s degree in Business Administration Accounting Finance Human Resources or a related field.
12 years of experience in the business industry.
Experience in BPO is an advantage.
Maintain accurate and organized information to avoid costly errors.
Listen carefully and articulate findings clearly in written reports.
Use advanced accounting software and other computer tools effectively.
Collect and analyze financial data to identify patterns and potential issues.
Develop creative solutions to overcome communication barriers and financial limitations.
Skilled in multitasking and can work unsupervised.
Reliable and committed to meeting deadlines.
Works well under pressure.
Personable and pleasant to staff.
Keen attention to detail and strives for accuracy.
