AZ-Clinic Care Coordinator-RN-DAYS

Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for an RNClinic Care Coordinator. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Fort Defiance AZ 86504

Assignment Start Date: 6/17/2024

13 weeks Days 8hour shift 40 hours with 36 hours guaranteed weekly

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Three (3) years of Case Management experience is required

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• A valid AZ State RN license is required
• BLS/BCLS is required.

EMR System: RPMS experience preferred

Shift: MF 85/730430 no holidays no weekends. Maximum of 2 Days Calls off (Unapproved RTO) during the contract.

Float Requirement: Travelers are occasionally expected to float to other departments in which they are qualified to work. This could include taking a patient load if experienced/competent in that setting or could be taskoriented such as answering call lights phones etc

Business casual/scrubs are ok.

Orientation: on Mondays only If your traveler misses the compliance deadline they will pushed to the following Monday

Charge Rates: travelers may be asked to work charge no additional charge pay
