As the Head of Publisher Success youll oversee our global team of Publisher Success Managers. Your focus will be on cultivating customer relationships promoting and upselling MGID products and enhancing performance to increase profit margins. Youll manage the team shape publisher strategy improve internal communication negotiate with premium publishers boost revenue drive product adoption and refine internal processes.
Experience: 7 years experience in publisher success account management or a related field with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
