RN medical/Surgical with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Need 2 Professional References. The allinclusive hourly nonlocal pay rate for this position is $49.86/hr encompassing a taxable component of $28.86/hr along with a per diem of $21/hr. Work Location: 4220 Harding Pike Nashville TN 37205. Local Rates (Below 75 Miles): $39.76/hr. Reward: on non local rate $6.88 /hr.

Job Summary:

• Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:

• Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

• Within scope of job requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
