This is a 12hour shift three days each week with the shift schedule being from 07:0019:30 total of 36 hours per week. RN Surgery with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) along with 2 professional references. The allinclusive hourly nonlocal pay rate for this position is $55.69/hr encompassing a taxable component of $42.92/hr along with a per diem of $12.75/hr. Work Location: 231 E. Chestnut St. Louisville KY 40202. Only Travelers are considered who are staying above 75 Miles from the facility.

Roles and amp; Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. and nbsp;
• Assess and coordinate patients care needs with members of the healthcare team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Work Experience (Basic): 2 years of acute care RN experience
• Education (Required): Diploma or Associate
• Certification (Required): Registered Nurse
