This is a 12hour shift three days each week with the shift schedule being from 07:00 19:30 total of 36 hours per week. RN medical/Surgical with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Need 2 Professional References. The allinclusive hourly nonlocal pay rate for this position is $52.38/hr encompassing a taxable component of $41.05/hr along with a per diem of $11.33/hr. Work Location: 2001 W 86th Street Indianapolis IN 46260. Local Rates (Below 50 Miles): $41.92/hr. Reward on non local rate: $6.95/hr.

We are a Step Down/Acute Care Neurology unit; the patient population is neurology specific. We do take some medical and surgical overflow but the majority of our patients are neuro (stroke seizure TBI etc) Ratio is 1:31:5 S Scrub Color is Royal Blue

Roles and amp; Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience; 1 year minimum Neurology experience preferred; hospital experience preferred
