Role Responsibilities:
Pleasant face between visitor and AEPL employee/s
Help visitors connect with the concerned person seamlessly
Ensure front office and waiting area is spicnspan
Ensure basic cleanliness and hygiene of the office
Coordinate with the housekeeping vendor for day to day activities
Manage travel of employees viz. Flight/train ticketing hotel booking cab/transport partner etc.
Manage and coordinate with the courier agency for all incoming and outgoing couriers
Manage and coordinate with all white goods vendors for proper functioning and AMC of ACs
Refrigerator Lighting Furniture Paint etc.
All necessary stationery and other material (e.g. pens forms and brochures) is stacked properly
in designated space/place
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
Skill & Experience Required:
Proven work experience as a Front Desk and Administration Executive or similar role for
minimum 2 years
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel power point and Outlook)
Pleasant to talk to
Professional attitude and appearance
Proficient written and verbal communication skills (English Hindi and Gujarati)
Ability to be resourceful and proactive to find solutions to challenges if any
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
