Job Description
- The Senior Lean Director in Design and Construction at RSG assumes a pivotal role in spearheading and implementing Lean methodologies across Design & Engineering processes and influencing internal RSG construction stakeholders. Responsible for collaborating with the Design & Engineering (D&E) Technical Core Team (TCT), this role champions cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency, minimize waste, and elevate overall project delivery. Key responsibilities encompass the development and execution of Lean strategies, cultivation of a culture of continuous improvement, and integration of Lean principles into design and construction workflows. Requirements typically include extensive experience in Lean methodologies, a robust background in design and construction, leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive organizational change towards Lean principles.
