International Voice Process

Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and articulate individuals to join our team for the International Voice Process role. This position involves handling US Healthcare Process (B2B Calls) with a focus on accuracy and professionalism. No prior knowledge in medical billing is required as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound B2B calls related to US healthcare processes.
  
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
  
• Accurately document and update records in the system.
  
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve customer issues.
  
• Follow protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills.
  

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills with no grammatical errors.
  
• Ability to speak English fluently and clearly.
  
• Willingness to work night shifts.
  
• Freshers or candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in any domain are eligible.
  
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.
  
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Must be ready to report to the office from day 1; no work from home options available.
