Associate Business Analyst

As an Associate Business Analyst you will be detailoriented selfmotivated and an excellent communicator. You will collaborate with various teams ensure data accuracy in multiple systems and document business processes. This role involves analyzing business problems and providing configuration solutions all while managing various projects.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in services data analysis or data management preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detailoriented and analytical.
• Ability to work independently with general direction.
• Good interpersonal and time management skills.
• Customer serviceoriented with a desire to help others.
