Duties and responsibilities related to the Senior Sales Manager role:

  • Perform daily sales activities including facetoface meetings contracting & rate negotiations attendance at trade shows both locally and internationally participation in FAM trips and conducting regular site inspections
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain full and accurate knowledge of the competitive set identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and outside contacts to generate business including room sales and food & beverage sales. You will be a people person who is great at growing and maintaining longlasting relationships
  • Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance market trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and other crossfunctional teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns

Qualification:

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive.
  • Good problemsolving administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
