WAREHOUSE MANAGER

We are searching for an experienced WAREHOUSE MANAGER at our MEDLOG Saudi Arabia Jeddah facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Purpose
The Warehouse General Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the efficient operation of a warehouse within an MEDLOG. Warehouse manager oversee receiving warehousing and valueadding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products. Ultimately this role should ensure that productivity targets are achieved and all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
Key Responsibilities
Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with companys policies and vision
Oversee receiving warehousing distribution and maintenance operations.
Adhere to all warehousing handling and shipping legislation requirements.
Initiate coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
Maintain standards of health and safety hygiene and security.
Monitor the quality of Warehouse provided services.
Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
Handle full Responsibility for P&L.
Prepare annual budget in algin with company strategy.
Liaise with clients suppliers and transport companies.
Plan work rotas assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
Recruit select orient coach and motivate employees.
Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report dead stock report etc).

Required Qualifications:

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelors degree in logistics supply chain management or business administration
Minimum Experience
Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager.
Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
Technical Competencies (Knowledge Skills & Abilities)
Process analysis and improvement skills.
Leadership skills.
Knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Strong decision making and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication skills
Good knowledge of refrigeration systems and refrigeration equipment.

Work location will be in KAP ( King Abdullah Port )
