As a Staff Engineer you’ll play a critical role in delivering topnotch Platform Engineering capabilities and helping our clients achieve their engineering goals. You’ll design develop deploy and productize platform services while leading a team of Senior Engineers. Working closely with crossfunctional teams you’ll provide expert guidance and handson support to improve the DevEx of development teams. Automation is second nature.

- Passion for engaging with developers and leveraging platform solutions for their challenges.
- Enthusiasm for opensource infrastructure technology and community contributions.
- Dedication to unlocking developers' full potential.
- Expertise with container technology and its ecosystem.
- Proven track record of automating processes.
- Experience with modern engineering practices (SRE DORA SPACE DevEx) that drive business success.
- A desire to achieve Engineering Excellence and challenge the norm.
To excel in this role:
- 8 years as a platform engineer software engineer infrastructure engineer or a related role.
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider.
- Proven success in delivering engineering solutions and leading technical projects.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills focused on delivering highquality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- A passion for keeping up with the latest engineering trends.
- Experience in consultancy or clientfacing roles is a plus.
- Leadership experience or the ability to guide and mentor crossfunctional teams.
