Who are you
As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer you'll design develop deploy and maintain reliable systems setting an example for your team. You'll work closely with crossfunctional teams providing expert guidance to improve reliability. Automation is in your DNA.
What we are looking for:
- Passion for engaging with developers to leverage SRE.
- Enthusiasm for opensource infrastructure technology.
- Dedication to unlocking developers' full potential.
- Proficiency with container technology.
- Experience with modern engineering practices (DORA SPACE DevEx).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban XP).
- A desire to achieve Engineering Excellence and challenge the current conditions.
To excel in this role:
- 3 years as an SRE software engineer or related role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python Go Java TypeScript).
- Proven experience in delivering engineering solutions and leading projects.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Growth mindset with a passion for learning.
- Experience in a consultancy or clientfacing role is a plus.
- Leadership experience or ability to guide teams.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform CloudFormation Pulumi).
- Familiarity with GitOps tools (ArgoCD Flux).
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus Grafana ELK Datadog OpenTelemetry).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions CircleCI GitLab pipeline).
- Experience applying SLOs SLIs and error budget concepts.
What will you do
- Design and implement SRE solutions for clients.
- Understand client needs and provide expert guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and drive code quality.
- Stay updated with engineering trends and tools.
- Develop technical documentation and training materials.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new talent.
- Speak at conferences and community meetups.
- Work on our product every Friday with the team.
