Job Description
Collections Attorney / Counsel needed for company that provides customers with accurate and compliant solutions for maximizing tax credits and government incentives allowing business owners to unlock the full potential of economic relief programs and specialized tax incentives.
Responsibilities:
- Will play a key role in collection strategy for legally obtaining payment from customers.
- Will work in a brandnew office space located in downtown Phoenix. All in office work no remote.
- Small entity but have plans to grow in the Tax Law and IT space.
- Requires five years’ experience as a Collections Counsel / Attorney.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the state bar association.
