IT Project Manager

For our customer a wellestablished trading and service Company in Zoug we are looking for a new team member.

Tasks

As the IT Project Manager you will be managing a set of IT project that will focus on automation and digitalization as well as upgrading existing and implementing new business applications. You will do so in collaboration with the Project Manager in our subsidiary office abroad and report to the Global Head of the Business Services and IT Services Group.

Your main tasks will include:

Lead crossfunctional teams in planning executing and delivering IT related projects on time and within budget

Collaborate with stakeholders from the business and external software vendors during requirements gathering design implementation testing golive and post golive phases

Develop project plans define scope in alignment with organizational goals allocate resources and manage risks

Manage project budgets forecasting and cost control measures

Monitor progress identify issues concerns or risks implement corrective actions and serve as the main point of contact

Prepare and present project reports status updates and other communications to the project stakeholders

Escalate to the relevant Department Heads if blockages cant be resolved via constructive and positive project management

Requirements

Your Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or Finance. Masters degree preferred

Minimum 5 years working experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar function. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Jira)

PMP PRINCE2 or comparable certification is an advantage

Excellent leadership team management problem solving and organizational skills

Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal abilities. Company language is English

Proven record of ability to work well under pressure and adapting to changing priorities

Proven record of ability to manage various complex multistakeholder projects at the same time
