You will be a vital part of a small dynamic and very familiar team that is growing quickly. You will be followingup with a broad variety of company matters like assisting Management marketing ordering & invoicing accounting business reporting and more. Your team is located in Germany & South Africa mostly remote and on projects speaks English for business.

Tasks

• Management assistance in administration and organizational matters
• Marketing content creation in close collaboration with management
• Business reporting on KPI and financials on monthly basis
• Customer Invoice creation as well as Supplier ordering and followup of both
• Overseeing all financial transactions
• Accounting preparation and general bookkeeping
• Managing the office procedures and organization

Requirements

• Proficient in working with Office Applications Excel and PowerPoint

• Team player with strong communication skills

• Organization talent with independent working style

• Trustworthy and reliable

• Fluent in English and German

• Business Education (Kaufmann/frau Betriebswirt/in)

• Management Assistant experience is a benefit

• Marketing experience is a benefit
