Job Description

Property Compliance Manager Sandton

A wellestablished client is looking for a Property Compliance Manager with 5 year of experience within the residential estate and property management agent industry. Conveyancing Attorneys are welcome to apply for the role.

Salary: MarketRelated

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure architectural compliance in accordance with governing deeds.
  • Enforce rules consistently in accordance with governing deeds.
  • Provide guidance to the Board on compliance matters.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the various regulatory acts
  • Knowledge of the estate and property industry’s standards and regulations
  • Monthly meetings – some of them afterhours.
  • Drafting of policies
  • Consult the board of trustees
  • Ensuring compliance on building projects

Min Requirements:

  • Bcom / BA or LLB or relevant qualification
  • 5 years of experience with COMPLIANCE within Residential Estates / Property Management
  • Residential estate / property management agent experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of the various regulatory acts.
  • Interaction and correspondence with Conveyancing Attorneys / homeowners and external parties relating to property transactions
