Job Title: Collection Manager Debt Management (Home Loans and Loan Against Property)

CTC Upto 10 LPA

Location: Ludhiana (Work From Office)

Responsibilities:

• Manage debt portfolios for Home Loans and Loan Against Property implementing recovery strategies and risk management.
• Oversee field collection agencies and telecalling teams dedicated to HL and LAP accounts.
• Ensure legal compliance in debt collection practices for Home Loans and LAP.
• Handle customer issue escalations related to HL and LAP debt recovery.
• Develop and manage relationships with outsourced collection agencies specialized in HL and LAP.

Skills Required:

• Proven track record in achieving collection targets for Home Loans and Loan Against Property.
• Strong understanding of HL and LAP products including risk assessment and recovery strategies.
• Excellent team management and communication skills within the context of debt collection.

Key Competencies:

• Analytical skills for optimizing collection strategies in HL and LAP portfolios.
• Negotiation and problemsolving abilities specific to Home Loans and LAP debt recovery.
• Organizational skills to manage workload effectively in HL and LAP collections.
