6. Must have managed team for developing sizeable micromortgage business for minimum 3 – 5 years
Skills and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for expanding business volumes of mortgage lending in the location manage client database and tap them through team of Sales managers.
2. Identify business growth opportunities across locations build direct channel new client acquisition strategies tap growth opportunities to achieve business
3. Monitor client servicing matrix develop relationship management programmes and motive Sales Managers and channel partners to display high level of client servicing standards
4. Support the Credit and review by supervising the preparation of loan proposal and documentation to ensure controlled operations at locations.
5. Guide and develop Sales managers to facilitate better customer acquisition retention and support and help them achieve superior performance standards
6. Achieving NII & PL targets by aligning sales action with business plans
7. Monitor and support the recovery of NPA from relevant customers.
8. Identifying proactive flag off and monitor delinquent cases closely for region and make effort for collection of dues
9. Retain and manage existing customers through faster TAT effective query resolution and proactive client servicing
