Job Description
Job Title: Area Head Business Loans
Experience: 510 years in banking/NBFC sector with focus on Business Loans
Responsibilities:
- Oversee business loan operations and sales within designated area
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business loan growth and acquisition
- Lead and mentor a team of relationship managers and sales staff
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business clients and partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Monitor portfolio performance and implement risk management measures
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proven track record in business loan sales and operations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
