RN Telemetry

This is a 12hour shift three days each week with the shift schedule being from 19:0007:30 total of 36 hours per week. RN Telemetry with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification along with 2 professional references. The allinclusive hourly nonlocal pay rate for this position is $55.69/hr encompassing a taxable component of $42.94/hr along with a per diem of $12.75/hr. Non Local Reward: $7.78/hr. Work Location: 200 E. Chestnut St. Louisville KY 40202. Only Travelers are considered who are staying above 75 Miles radius from the facility.

Roles and amp; Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Minimum Qualifications

Work Experience (Basic): 2 years of acute care RN experience
